Meetings
Join a call, answer an invitation, edit a meeting in place, and have a note taken by the recording bot, with a recap in the Note tab.
Meetings come from the calendars you connect, and they update live: the Meetings page, the sidebar's upcoming meetings, a record's Meetings tab and a reader pane opened from a link all follow the calendar without a click. With provider push on the hosting platform a change shows within seconds; otherwise the calendar is read every two minutes.
Join the call
A meeting with a video call shows a conference line: the logo of Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom, its name, the meeting code and a button that copies the link. Click the line to open the call in a new tab, or press ⌘↵ anywhere in the pane. The sidebar's upcoming card offers Join from 10 minutes before the start.
Answer an invitation
"Vous venez ?" offers Oui, Non and Peut-être. The answer is written back to Google or Outlook at once. Each guest's response shows as a dot on their avatar. On a recurring meeting the answer applies to this occurrence only. The line is absent when you are the organiser, or when the meeting is someone else's copy.
Edit in place
Click the title, the guests, the location or the description to edit it; Escape cancels and the save is silent. When you create a meeting, an all-day toggle makes it a whole-day event.
Meeting notes
The note-taking bot row shows whether the recording bot will join this meeting. By default it follows your workspace setting; its switch sends the bot to this meeting, or keeps it out. While it records, the button reads "Note en cours" with the elapsed time and an Arrêter action that really stops the bot. Only someone who can edit the copy of the meeting that holds the bot sees Arrêter; other participants see the state only.
Once the meeting is over, the Note tab shows the recap (summary, decisions and actions), next to the Transcript and Details tabs. Recordings are processed as described in Security and hosting.
